My journey to energy healing has been long and had many ups and downs, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. I was raised Baptist and listened to people speaking in tongues (which is ironically ,also known as light language, and they were actually channeling), but they were talking about hell fire, sins, and judgement abound. I was told to scare people into believing by telling them they will go to hell if they don’t accept Jesus as their savior. This created a life of confusion for me because it didn’t resonate. As a child I would speak to the fairies, the elves, the trees. I would make potions with items I found in the forest and try to save fish and frogs. I lived in a realm of nature and imagination. This was quickly schooled out of me and I conformed to what was expected of me.
Years went by and I never felt comfortable in my own skin. I always felt like the odd ball. I didn’t want to drink or party. I didn’t want to follow norms, and yet I did follow societal expectations just to fit in. My first turning point was in my early 20s when I went to Guatemala for a teacher training class for three weeks. I was so shocked to see how others live and felt like I had been lied to my whole life. I drank my troubles away one night and blacked out. I have snipits of being guided away from the red light district, then blacked out again. I was in a foreign country, drunk and no idea how to get home. I remember using the key to get in and woke up the next day like none of it had happened. I have no idea how I got home, and didn’t really dwell on it. Several years later as I processed the experience I realized I was saved by angels (guides, higher dimensional beings), but it took a long time for me to realize this. You would think this would have shifted my life but it didn’t. I continued to drink away the uneasy feeling I had of not belonging in society.

During our first session she placed her hand on my back between my shoulder blades and mentioned my wings and had me imagine them spreading out wide once again. I intuitively stated that I was afraid of opening up to my power. That started me down the rabbit hole of Doreen Virtue, incarnated angels, spirit guides, oracle cards, star seeds, star races and on it went.
My intuitive gifts awakened again after years of repression and I have been guided to use my ability to channel, release trapped emotions, and move energy to assist humanity on their journey to their best self. I feel humbled and honored to be fulfilling my life’s purpose offer many bumps in the road that brought me to this beautiful point.
My Personal Life
My family and I currently reside in a 325 square foot tiny house on wheels. My husband, two children, dog 🐶 , and three cats 🐱, enjoy sharing our small home for 5 years. Due to toxic aerial spray we moved from Hayden to Steamboat and are now enjoying a small apartment on Lincoln Ave. It was very hard at first but the 700 sq ft apartment is just the right size for us. Still small and allows us to live the minimalist lifestyle while by boys have room to run and jump and play indoor hockey.
I am a former licensed teacher, daycare owner, gymnastics coach, and currently a published author. I loved all these careers dearly, but I have decided to take this time to help in the healing of humanity as we go through these challenging, yet invigorating times.
I have a passion for organic food, holistic healing, non-toxic lifestyle, nature, adventure, and doing my best to embody a natural, gentle, mindful motherhood.
I have a special place in my heart for mother’s and I specialize in healing birth trauma, miscarriages, loss, and c-sections. Basically all things mother’s experience on their journey, I have a passion for.
With a masters in education and over 20 years experience with kids of all ages, I am also happy to work with children. We can simply incorporate them into the session or have a separate shorter session with them.
I feel so blessed to be able to unschool/homeschool my two boys as we enjoy beautiful Routt County. You will always see us at the skate parks, hiking the trails, skiing on the mountain, swimming or supporting local bussiness.
