After experiencing something traumatic I was left feeling depleted, vulnerable, depressed and filled with anxiety. I wasn’t able to take care of myself. I laid in my bed for days. I felt horrible and not like myself at all. Before this traumatic experience I felt angry. In this crazy world, I just have not been feeling right at all.
