Going with the flow

There may be times we are frozen in time from fear, angry and frustration like seaweed in ice. But we know eventually our hearts will thaw and we shall live again in our truth and stronger than before. As we reach our peak we slowly began to freeze again ready for another time of reflection and rest to once again revive ourselves to a new level of service and joy.
