Finding a creative outlet feeds the soul. Gives us a place to stop all worries and just be. A time to let the life force flow through us and on to the paper in a stream of consciousness. A time to let go of fear of what others think of our creation and just be. Whether it’s coloring, drawing, dancing, painting, music or singing, our true creative energy needs to be seen or heard.
